You can't go wrong with either just use whichever you prefer. You can also use SpotX which is supposed to be based off of BlockTheSpot but has additional features such as update disabling. But I've only had experience with BlockTheSpot and I've been using it for a while with auto update disabled and I've been pleased with it. Supposedly the DLL Injection method is better as it's supposed to be more resistant against auto updates and supposedly more stable. One is BlocktheSpot and there is the DLL injection method.
